Nature of the Service: The professional conversation and consultancy service provided is a synthesis of the disciplines of psychology, journalism, and linguistics. This service does not aim to provide clinical treatment, psychiatric intervention, or medical diagnosis.

Environment and Technical Conditions: Consultations are conducted remotely and instantaneously via mobile platforms (WhatsApp, etc.). Due to the nature of the service, the quality of video and audio transmission cannot be guaranteed. The location where the conversation takes place may be any setting consistent with the ordinary course of life; factors such as noise, connection fluctuations, or conditions outside of an ideal consultation environment may be present. The client is deemed to have accepted these technical and environmental conditions in advance.

Age Limit: Users must be at least 18 years of age to utilize this service.

Emergency Situations: This platform is not a crisis hotline. In situations involving a risk of harm to yourself or others, please immediately contact the 112 Emergency Call Center.

Privacy and Payment: The content of the consultations is kept confidential. Payments are collected via secure payment systems on behalf of Turkicize Dil Hizmetleri ve Danışmanlık Tic. Ltd. Şti., and an invoice will be issued in your name. The invoice will contain the description "Online Consultancy."

Payment and Cancellation: Session fees are collected in advance. For circumstances not originating from the consultant, no refunds will be issued for sessions that have already commenced.

Processing of Personal Data: Shared names, surnames, and contact information are used solely for the fulfillment of the service and billing purposes. No information and/or data, including the consultation itself, is recorded or stored.
